If you read through the article, there is no indication that she even knew about the Reverend Muthee's past or even agrees with it.  She appeared to have met him briefly and he prayed over her.  Reading the article, it's doubtful she even knew about what happened several years earlier in Kenya.

It's not like she sat in his church for 20 years.  They met in 2005.

The only witch hunt going on here is the left's continuing efforts to smear Governor Palin through lies and innuendo

If you can find one statement from Governor Palin saying she supports hunting witches, I'll vote for Obama.

But Palin was blessed by Rev. Muthee. He protected her from witchcraft. In the video she just stands in prayer as if it is normal to be blessed against witchcraft.

She also belongs to a church that thinks "God is invading Alaska". I think Palin really belongs to a fringe religion. If she thinks that our troops are on a "task from God", then I am deeply concerned that her religious beliefs are bizarre and could lead to more religious-based hate and war.

I find her and her beliefs to be very frightening. She can believe what she wants, but I fear that she will indoctrinate her beliefs into her policies.

Something said in a blessing does not constitute anything more than that. It's ludicrous to extrapolate from that that Palin believes in hunting witches and only a blind partisan fool would think such. Also, her prayer about the troops were modeled on Lincoln's prayer. Go google it.

Unless you have some kind of proof that she actually supports hunting witches, then the point is moot.

Virginia, do you know what the Witch Hunt was? It was this pastor getting together with other Christians and praying that God would rid their village of witchcraft. So, he prayed over Sarah Palin? What's the big deal?

I don't hear you complaining and being in fear of Joe Biden's religious beliefs. Did you know that Joe Biden is Catholic? And, I bet Biden had his priest pray for him and his family. Did you also know that Catholic Priest perform Exorcisms? Did you know that when priests do an Exorcism, they're praying and chasing away evil spirits. Did you realize that millions of Catholics in America have priests who may do Exorcisms? Holy Water, candles, changing, statues, and incense? Aren't you worried Biden will indoctrinate those beliefs into his politics?

Have you ever known of American Troops going into battle without first asking God's blessing and protection? Did you know that American troops and American People believe they were doing God's will in every war they fought. Did you know that during WWII, Catholic and Protestant ministers all over America said we were being sent by God to fight Fascism and free the peoples of Europe.

So Virginia, what were you saying about Palin's beliefs being frightening?
