What War On Christmas?

I don't believe there is a "war on Christmas" per se.  By that, I mean that I don't believe there is some central command with a bunch of attorneys sitting around directing an attack on everything Christmas.  What I do believe is that while there is no war, there are a thousand battles.

Take this: 

Kenneth Mott, who keeps a long, white beard, almost lost his job after a parent called the bus management to complain. Mott, who has worn the red and white hat every Christmas since he started with the Bauman & Sons bus company five years ago, was ordered to stop wearing the hat because a child didn't believe in Santa Claus and was bothered by the hat.

No one called up some command center and reported this poor errant bus driver.  It was some idiot parent.  Poor Johnnie was traumatized at the sight of some poor bus driver trying to spread a little holiday cheer.  And in order to protect their precious little Johnny from a sight he probably sees in two thousand other places throughout the season, they complained to the school and the bus company.

The parents are pathetic wretches.  To even consider that the driver was wrong is also a clue as to how completely idiotic his employers are.

If your child is some how bothered by a Santa hat, It's an indication that your parenting skills are from the school of moonbat victimhood and parenting.  It's also might mean that you are a lousy parent and shouldn't be allowed to even have children.  Raising your children to whine is not teaching them a life skill.

So to the parents of the Santa traumatized little whiner and to the managers at Bauman & Sons, I wish you a Merry Christmas.  I also hope you people get over your anger issues and learn to enjoy Christmas and the rest of your lives.
