UPDATE II: Kerry's Comment:
“Let me make it crystal clear, as crystal clear as I know how,” Kerry said. “I apologize to no one for my criticism of the President and his broken policy. If anyone owes our troops in the fields an apology, it is the president and his failed team.”
Mr. Kerry, sit down, shut up and apologize. Your words are on tape. You meant what you meant.
Know this, you arrogant son of bitch: You will never, ever be President. You aren't worthy enough to wipe a soldier's ass let alone be Commander-in-Chief!
UPDATED with Video
John Kerry wants to be President. He ran last election and lost. He and his some of his supporters swear it must have been rigged, but the truth is simply this: Most Americans realized the guy was a buffoon. He really is not even close to being the brightest bulb in the Senatorial chandelier. He proved it with his idiotic backtrack of "I voted for it before I voted against it" line.
The man who still wants to be your President and Commander-in-Chief, and who is already campaigning hard for the nomination, made a statement that should send his campaign right into oblivion.
Mr. Kerry said this:
“You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq”
John F. Kerry isn't worthy enough to provide the spit for their polish. He is a coward. Yes, I know he got three purple hearts. All were for scratches and one of them is in doubt. As soon as he got his three scratches, he got out of there. Mr. Kerry made a mockery of what should be a hero's medal.
From a post I did back last March when Richard Belzer made a similar idiotic comment:
40 years ago, when the draft was in full swing, it was common to have some of the dimmer bulbs in the ranks. Today, it’s a different story. With rare exception, you must have a high school diploma or GED. They like it even better if you’ve had a bit of college. Again, with the rarest of exception, in today’s military, every officer has a college education. If you wish to proceed past E-6 or E-7 to E8 or 9 in the enlisted ranks, you’ll most likely need at least an associate’s degree and be well on your way to a bachelor’s degree. Most have a Bachelor's and many have Master’s Degrees or are working on it. Most Lieutenant Colonels (O-5) and above have a Master’s Degree.
There are always exceptions, but most of the dimmer bulbs get weeded out sooner or later. The era of the barely literate draftee or the petty criminal ordered in by a judge is long gone. Most of those 19 and 20 year old guys are there to get an education. I work with guys in uniform every single day. Do you have any idea what you have to know to work on today’s complex aircraft? Do you have any idea what it takes to maintain a supersonic jet fighter crammed with some of the most advanced electronics and technology available. Do you know how to repair carbon composites or Jet engines. Most of you probably can’t even change your own oil! They may not all have college degrees, but what they have to know is often on that level.
By his condescending statement, John Kerry proved his unfitness for command.

Kerry's wife lost the last Presidential election for him. She was too brusque, and that coming from me, who can be very abrasive! But even I know to keep my mouth shut in such a situation if you want your husband to win!

His remarks are just shameful. When I think of the men and women I see at the USO and how grateful they are for the stupid easy things that I do for them like making them a sandwich it really makes me sad to hear these remarks from him. Sad commentary on what it means to be a democrat these days.

John Kerry: Simply unfit for duty. Period.

Yeah, Kerry is such a coward as you said. Didn't he get the memo that the REAL heroes of the Vietnam era were not actually located in Vietnam, but instead were defending Texas' airspace from nobody at all in the Texas Air National Guard?

Kerry's not running this election.
