Me and the Mrs. just spent the kids inheritance tonight, We bought a 2006 Chevy Uplander tonight. We'll pick it up Thursday. We were deciding between a Kia Sedona and the Chevy Uplander. The Chevy dealer came through with a really good deal. I have a 2001 Kia Rio, nice car, but parts are hard to come by sometimes - another factor in the Chevy's favor. I can't get front struts for the Rio without a 3 to 4 month lead time.
It's the same color as the pic.
We decided with 5 granddaughters and one more coming we needed to upgrade the ride. Our other car is a 99 Lumina and it is showing it's age. We'll give that to one of the kids who needs a car.
I owe my soul to GMAC.

"You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna get myself a 1967 Cadillac El Dorado convertable in hot pink! With whale skin hub caps, an all leather cow interior, and big brown baby seal eyes for headlights. YEAH! And I'm gonna drive around in that baby at 115 miles per hour, getting one mile per gallon,
sucking down Quarter Pounder cheeseburgers from McDonalds in the old-fashioned non-biodegradable styrofoam containers, and when I'm done sucking down those grease-ball burgers, I'm gonna wipe my mouth with the American flag, and then I'm gonna toss the styrofoam containers right out the side,
and there ain't a goddamn thing anybody can do about it. You know why? 'Cause we got the bombs, that's why! Two words: Nuclear Fuckin' Weapons. Okay!?"

So, well, it's Thursday. How's the new SUV feel? Did you and the Mrs. test out the back seat yet??? ;)

We drove it to Walmart in Puyallup tonight. Nice ride! We probly won't use the back seat. First, we're just too darn old for that (the back seat I mean). Second, we don't wanna make a mess, if ya know what Imean! ;)
