The left is not about freedom of speech. If you think that they are, you are clueless. The free speech movement wasn’t born in Berserkely back in the 60’s. It was born in Philadelphia in the 1780’s. In Berserkely, they merely defined it as speech with no attached responsibility.
The other day, some completely unhinged idiot Professor (and she is an idiot) decided that vandalism is a right corresponding with free speech. Exactly where did this idiot woman come up with the idea that vandalism is a form of free speech?
A professor at Northern Kentucky University said she invited students in one of her classes to destroy an anti-abortion display on campus Wednesday evening.
NKU police are investigating the incident, in which 400 crosses were removed from the ground near University Center and thrown in trash cans. The crosses, meant to represent a cemetery for aborted fetuses, had been temporarily erected last weekend by a student Right to Life group with permission from NKU officials.
It doesn’t matter which side of the abortion issue erected a display. To destroy it is a crime and this moonbat professor should be fired.
Sally Jacobsen, a longtime professor in NKU's literature and language department, said the display was dismantled by about nine students in one of her graduate-level classes.
"I did, outside of class during the break, invite students to express their freedom-of-speech rights to destroy the display if they wished to," Jacobsen said.
You stupid twit, that ain’t free speech. You are nothing more than a budding Nazi yourself.
Here we come to her inane sense of reasoning:
Pulling up the crosses was similar to citizens taking down Nazi displays on Fountain Square, she said.
"Any violence perpetrated against that silly display was minor compared to how I felt when I saw it. Some of my students felt the same way, just outraged," Jacobsen said.
So if you are outraged, you can destroy it. Outrage does not give you license to destroy anyone’s property lawfully erected. If some sicko Nazi put up a lawful display, as distasteful and repugnant as I might find it, it would be against the law for me to destroy it.
When you take it upon yourself to destroy other’s property, you are no better than the Nazi destroying the property of a Jew.
To Professor Jacobsen: Sieg Heil! You are just another kind of Nazi.

Is it any wonder we are where we are today with people like this "professor" passing along their mores?
This type of thing combined with tenure is an abomination.

But this is the logical implication of their most fundamental premise: that they occupy a higher moral plane than those who disagree with them. To them, everything is permitted; to us "benighted" ones, everything is either compulsory or forbidden -- at their whim.
Keep the faith.
