An Essay Worth Reading

Beth over at Blue Star Chronicles has an excellent essay up titled What is it that Liberals Don’t Understand?

I’ve been listening to T.V. and reading blogs tonight and have found myself wondering what I often find myself wondering when I hear a liberal (sorry, it’s progressive now) rant on about everything that’s wrong with the U.S.A.

Then she proceeds to point out some glaring examples of the left's reaction so recent events and provides some interesting insights:

She insisted that the Battle Cry group had no right to preach what they preach. I’m not that familiar with this group. But we do have free speech in this country - which is why SHE can say what SHE says. (that’s the part where the logic gets skewed somehow).

While she was ranting about how America doesn’t allow her to express herself as a lesbian - she is on national television expressing herself as a lesbian.

See what I mean? Illogical.
