It's not who votes that counts. It's who counts the votes." -- Joseph Stalin
I wish I’d saved it, but my history clears on exit and I can’t remember the blog I was reading before I logged off. It pointed to blackboxvoting.org (I found the site with the spreadsheets) and some anomalies they found back last June on some Palm Beach Voting Machines and the idiot blogger (I say idiot, because he is nothing but a kneejerk lefty running 6 months behind the curve) said he said something about a revote – yada-yada-yada.
I looked at the spread sheets they gave and if they are accurate, they do show some tinkering. There were no tallies or numbers indicationg which candidate got what votes.
Two things you have to know about Palm Beach County.
Palm Beach County is HEAVILY Democratic. They control the elections office and hence, who has access to the voting machines. The likelihood of anyone getting in there to tamper with a machine, and not connected to the keeper of the keys, is pretty darn slim.
The second thing is like unto the first. Blackbox.org is itself highly partisan and it wouldn’t surprise me if they skewed things on the spreadsheets because they could and no one would be the wiser. It’s in their interests.
All that said. Kerry won Palm Beach County handily. Tampering with the machines by the Republicans would be a waste of time and not worth the risk – especially in a county where you have little to do with the voting process other than to cast your ballot.
It’s almost as ridiculous as suggesting the Republicans rigged Seattle and King County’s voting machines!

I have long held the opinion that both parties manipulate the voting. Mostly if they feel they can get away with it. I also feel it should be a capital crime.
Actualy any federal employee that commits fraud should hang.
