In four short years, it's almost like it never happened. The left doesn't want to blame the real terrorists, they want to blame President Bush. That was the point of the whole 9-11 commission. The Democrats were looking for away to make political hay out of 9-11. They damn sure can't do it on real leadership.
I know, the left thinks Bush tried to exploit it. I don't think so, or at least I think if he did, it was far less exploitation than I would have expected from President Clinton.
Four years later, the left's hatred has grown to the point that it almost consumes them. Their hatred for Bush, and then by extension any Republican, clouds any and all rational thought.
It was the Islamo-fascists that destroyed the World Trade Center. Sure, we may have made mistakes that allowed it to happen, but to suggest that Bush didn't care or even allowed it to happen is absurd and the latter, just pure deranged hatred.
Blaming Bush for an intelligence culture that was years in the making after he had less then nine months in office is nothing more than naked partisanship
The enemy isn't George W. Bush. The enemy isn't Republicans. The enemy is the Islamo-fascists, be they Al-Qaida or whatever they choose to call themselves. The enemy is anyone who acts to aid the Islamo-fascists in their quest to bring Islam to the world.
How is it that it gets so convoluted? It's almost like some on the left are hoping for another direct attack.
It's time we Americans realize that if we don't come together and recognize the real enemy, we may be sorry beyond our worst nightmares.

It's a 5 minute video memorial. No burning buildings, no rubble, no explosions, no speeches, no screeches, no Bin Laden, no bodies. Just a remembrance of some people whose lives were cut short through no fault of their own, with poignant candid snapshots from their lives, accompanied by a musical background.

Bush let bin Laden get away at Tora Bora.
He moved troops from going after the "real" terrorists to go after non-existent WMDs in Iraq.
The Bushies said no one could have predicted terrorists would fly planes into buildings.
President Bush said no one could have predicted the New Orleans levees wouldn't hold.
The Bush administration is pretty predictible.
It took us less time to defeat Hitler and Japan than the search for bin Laden has lasted.
I don't blame Bush for 9/11. I blame him for not doing what he promised he would about it. I blame him for wasting troops and treasure on an adventure in Iraq when we had the chance to crush al Qaeda and send a message to terrorists worldwide. And I blame Bush for being out of touch with America -- his own aides saying he had not gotten a full government report or even seen a single TV news report on Katrina until four days after the storm hit.
I love my country. We, as Americans, deserve better.

So far, you are right in the DNC talking points.
Why didn't you at least credit Michael Hirsch for the WWII rant.
All the conspiracy stories. Bin Laden was allowed to escape, yada yada yada...Wasting troops and treasure or blood and treasure. The new catch phrase.
Of course you won't blame the local authorities for screwing up. That would take guts.
SorryMr. Hix. but it ain't all Bush's fault.
