Back during the Asian Tsunami at the end of December, some twit UN diplomat from Norway complained that America wasn't being generous enough with our aid. Of course we outstripped everyone with public and private money and logistical support, but hey, never let a chance to bash America slip by. Fortunately, New Orleans dodged most of the bullet, but is suffering severe damage none the less. The gulf coast was slammed pretty hard. Flooding, property damage and some death and injury will probably soon be reported.
I wonder if that same Norwegian twit will be calling anyone stingy for not helping us? I won't hold my breath. I doubt anyone will seriously offer us any help or at least any serious help. Yes Virginia, there is a double standard.
