Michelle Malkin and Brian Maloney are once again pounding Air ScAmerica. This time with some heavy ammunition. They are doing a four part story on the various scams and shell games Piquant and their corporate parents and grandparents were/is playing.
They have a copy of a default judgment against Air America that has never been paid and the subsequent complaint filed for non-payment of that judgment for Multicultural Radio. They promise more to come later today.
If this was a conservative corporation playing fast and loose with corporate law and fiduciary responsibility, the Lefties would be screaming for someone's head. As it is, they are laying low. They are spamming Maloney's blog and making some really nasty personal and often racist attacks against Ms. Malkin and her Pinoy parentage.
